About Bill

As an executive coach his focus is helping his C-level clients increase their personal and business performance. (See Executive Coaching.) As a career coach his senior level clients focus their search for work by understanding their value in the terms hiring managers understand. (See Job Search.) In all cases, his point-of-view as an experienced and successful CEO makes it happen.

He started his first business at age 14 and has led six corporate organizations ranging from small to $1.4 billion in annual revenue. As a P&L responsible leader he has led a startup, completed two turnarounds, merged four companies into one, and has led the steady growth of another. These companies were a mix of for-profit and non-profit.

Bill has been a member and leader of several Boards of Directors or Trustees.

He has worked with Board Chairs, Board Committee Chairs, Boards and Board Committees, CEO’s, CMO’s, a variety of P&L accountable executives, and other organizational leaders. His industry range is very broad.
